Shipping and Curbside Pick-up Information
Curbside pickup is encouraged, with processing times typically under 3 business hours.
FREE SHIPPING in Canada for orders $150 or more.
We'll get your shoes to you as fast as we can!
Your order will be filled and shipped within 24 business day hours. Orders will be shipped from The Right Shoe store location on West 4th Avenue in Vancouver to your address. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. You will receive an email confirming that the order has been processed and shipped. A signature may be required at delivery.
Shipping within Canada
Receive free Standard Shipping within Canada for purchases of $150+, excluding taxes. For orders under $150.00 we charge a flat shipping rate of $10 to anywhere in Canada.
Shipping to the United States
For orders shipping to the United States, a flat rate of $20 CAD will be charged for shipping. Orders to the U.S. typically arrive within 7–10 business days.
Please note that U.S. customs regulations have recently changed. While orders under $800 USD were previously exempt from import duties, this exemption has been suspended. As a result, U.S. orders are now subject to import duties, as determined by the carrier and U.S. customs authorities.
When duties are applied to your order, we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm authorization to charge the duty amount. If you choose not to proceed, the order can be cancelled and fully refunded.
We currently only ship within Canada and the United States.
Curbside Pickup -
If you prefer, you can pick up your order at the store. Check that option off at the check-out, then we'll see you in the store! 1601 W 4th ave. (@ Fir St.) Vancouver BC. See contact info for map.
Curbside / Instore pick-up can only be made by the purchaser.
Please note that all in-store pick-up will require presentation of all of the following:
- Credit card used to make the purchase with
- Government issued ID with the credit card billing address
note: " only the purchaser" may pick up in store - Confirmation email showing proof of purchase
